Gatema Holding is Growing. AJ Technology, Welcome to the Family!
As of March 1st, a new company has joined Gatema Holding – Brno-based AJ Technology, which has been operating in the field of electronics and electrical engineering for over 30 years. Through this acquisition, Gatema Holding further expands its portfolio in line with its corporate strategy. Zbyněk Okáč has been appointed as the director of AJ Technology.
“A few years ago, I started looking for someone to take over the company from me,” says Ms. Anna Jurdová, who founded AJ Technology in the 90s. She continues: “Since this is a matter close to my heart, I am very glad that we reached an agreement with Gatema Holding. I know the company will be in good hands here.”
František Vlk, the majority owner of Gatema Holding, also expresses his enthusiasm for the new addition to the holding family. “We have collaborated with AJ Technology in the past. We know Ms. Jurdová not only professionally, so when she made an offer, we didn’t hesitate for too long,” he adds with a smile.
The acquisition of AJ Technology expands the portfolio of services offered to include the design, assembly, and commissioning of electronic assemblies.
