On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, representatives of d2B and BC LOGIA SK signed an acquisition agreement. d2B, a subsidiary of Gatema Holding, thereby acquired a 50% stake in BC LOGIA SK. It is a subsidiary of BC Logia, a.s., operating in the field of information systems, specializing in systems for waste management and municipal activities. It develops and operates its own information system WinyX©.
Both companies, thanks to the combination of their technological capacities and long-standing experience, plan to jointly respond to growing customer demands in the field of digitalization and automation of waste management processes. At the same time, they will focus on developing innovative solutions not only for customers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
